  Equipped to meet pharmaceutical standards

Our contract filling companies holopack and maropack currently manufacture well over 2 million containers per day for customers all over the world.
On approx. 45 bottelpack® packaging systems, even unusual customer requests can be realized and modifications are immediately introduced into the production process.

Customers who contract out their packaging processes must be absolutely certain that their quality and safety standards will be adhered to without the slightest deviation on the part of the contract firm. This is particularly true with regard to the high standards within the pharmaceutical industry. Our contract filling companies have specialized in these high pharmaceutical standards, which are naturally dependent upon well-educated and trained personnel. The companies operate according to the latest GMP regulations and are regularly inspected by pharmaceutical authorities.

Well-equipped analytical and microbiological laboratories are available. From water treatment to the mixing of raw materials, from homogenization to sterilization, the most modern and effective equipment is installed, in order to prepare pharmaceutical products for packaging. As required by the pharmaceutical industry, all critical processes run automatically and whenever possible, without direct human intervention. Before, during, and after the packaging phase, the laboratories supervise the product and packaging with all in-process controls required by the customer.

  Large array of application-oriented packaging

The contract filling program of holopack and maropack includes bottles, bags and special containers made of polyolefines like polyethylene or polypropylene granulate with a content of 10 ml to 10,000 ml. In addition, there are unit-dose multiblock packagings consisting of 2 to 30 containers in connected blocks, with volumes from 0,12 ml to approximately 50 ml.

The variety of design and closure of the individual containers or unit doses are remarkably diverse, since these criteria must conform precisely to the intended use of the product. This is one of the great strengths of the bottelpack® system.
