Our packaging design department has developed
more than 5,000 different packaging designs for large volume
and small volume containers. Almost every day a new design
is created. In our machine manufacturing facilities kocher-plastik
and maroplastic we design and manufacture test and production
moulds according to the specifications of our clients which
often are based on our first design proposals. |

There are several bottelpack® test machines
available which are used for sample manufacturing with
the test moulds developed in cooperation with our customers.
The test machines can be equipped with different extrusion
systems or dosing systems to meet the special requirements
of the plastic to be processed and the fill product to
be dosed. |

For marketing and packaging studies a series
of test fillings with different plastic materials, including
PET extrusion or even co-extrusion with up to 5 extruders,
can be offered. |

| |
There are test cap welding machines available
for confirming the welding conditions of infusion bottle
caps in different designs and made of different plastic
materials. |

In order to confirm the leak detection process
for special fill products and packages we have vacuum chamber
and high voltage test leak detectors in our R&D centre
fitted with receiving parts according to the client's design. |

Each product has its own characteristics
and the best filling system has to be determined to accomodate
the necessary fill speed and the required tolerance. |

For such purpose the testing machines in
our R&D Centre can be equipped with time-pressure dosing
systems, piston dosing system or special cream dosing systems. |
|

|
|
| |
Product lines can be heated or cooled. For
suspensions we can offer buffer tanks with magnetic stirrer
or product loops. |
|

|
|
| |
In our contract packaging facilities our
pharmacists support and perform stability tests, sample
lots, test fillings with test moulds or production moulds
under pharmaceutical conditions in clean areas of Class
100. Qualified pharmacists and technicians will discuss
with you all details and necessary steps for successful
test fills starting with liquid preparation to secondary
packaging of containers. |
