With the help of standardised interfaces such as OPC UA, your bottelpack system can be easily integrated into the existing system landscape. Optimally secured hardware and easy access to a structured information model serve as the basis.
In day-to-day operation, you can rely on a user interface that provides targeted support during production, cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting. You also have an overview of system effectiveness at all times – both on the machine and remotely.
You will significantly increase the service life and endurance of your system with regular maintenance. We support you digitally: with flexible access to spare parts lists and technical information as well as with planning and implementation, for example, on the basis of runtime information.
If an unplanned malfunction occurs, data-based diagnostics are often the quickest way to resolve the problem. In doing so, we rely on a system that enables the Rommelag service team to provide real-time support – without any risk to your production infrastructure, of course.
Rommelag Pharma Platform: your basis for Pharma 4.0
With the Rommelag Pharma Platform (RPP) in your system, you have access to a detailed information model and comprehensive options for using data. At the same time, integration into third-party tools is simple.
The hardware is optimally designed for operation in production environments and comes with built-in hardware data diodes so that production cannot be influenced from outside at any time. An emergency recovery can be carried out quickly and without the need for in-depth IT knowledge.
Generic software modules allow identical versions to be used on all Rommelag systems. This increases transparency and saves time and effort during testing and qualification.
Flaschen zum Stellen und Hängen
Von 50 ml bis zu 1 l fassen typische Blow-Fill-Seal-Flaschen Flüssigkeiten jeglicher Art und bieten ein unendliches Spektrum verschiedenster Geometrien. Passend dazu variieren auch die Flaschenköpfe und Verschlüsse: von Einstech- oder Ausgießöffnungen bis hin zu unbelüfteten Entnahmelösungen. Und falls Ihre Flasche kopfüber hängen soll, entsteht die praktische Lasche dafür im Blow-Fill-Seal-Prozess gleich mit.
Ist alles konzipiert und die optimale Form gebaut, genügen in manchen Fällen wenige Handgriffe, um mit demselben Werkzeug unterschiedliche Volumina zu produzieren. Je nach Füllvolumen bis zu 10.000 Stück pro Stunde.
Kanister für großes Füllvolumen
Für eine Füllmenge von bis zu 10 Litern sind BFS-Kanister das Mittel der Wahl. Auch hier haben Sie alle Freiheiten und formen Behälter mit praktischen Haltegriffen oder passgenauen Anschlüssen, zum Beispiel für den direkten Einsatz in Verneblern. Möglich sind auch Zusatzfunktionen wie beispielsweise Dosiereinheiten. Damit können Flüssigkeiten, etwa Reinigungsmittel, leichter nach Bedarf entnommen werden.

Der richtige Kunststoff
Wir bieten eine große Bandbreite reiner Kunststoffe: LDPE, HDPE, PET, PP, COP, COC. Welcher davon jeweils der beste ist, hängt zum einen von der Viskosität und Empfindlichkeit Ihres Produktes ab. Zum anderen von der Anwendung: Soll das Primärpackmittel zum Beispiel auf Druck schnell nachgeben oder eben nicht?
Grad der Transparenz
In der Regel sind BFS-Primärpackmittel milchig, aber je nach Kunststoff und Anwendung sind auch transparente Hüllen mit glasähnlicher Anmutung möglich. Farbgebungen erfolgen mittels Masterbatch. So lassen sich Produkte auch lichtgeschützt abfüllen.
Deutliche Kennzeichnung
Bei der Konzeption Ihres Primärpackmittels denken wir natürlich auch immer an ausreichend Platz für Beschriftungen, Serialisierungen und ähnliches. Abhängig davon, ob sie per Label, Laser oder Heißprägung aufgebracht werden.
